Coffeehouse. Locations should be tourist driven, captive market locations with a strong entertainment component. This would include casinos, amusement parks and stadiums. The following are some basic characteristics Galvin Group looks for in a KISS Coffeehouse location:

-- 1,200 sq. ft. for full service; 150 sq. ft kiosks.
- Foot Traffic
-- 2,000 person/hr. count; 5 million annual visitors.
- Exposure
-- Highly visible, free-standing locations.
- Signage
-- Ability to construct signature KISS Coffeehouse storefront. This includes boots and
belt and sign band with KISS logo. Also necessary for kiosk locations.
- Exclusivity
-- Exclusive on coffee products within the development.
- Lease
-- 10 year lease, with two 5-year options.
- T. I. Allowance
